Leadership Progression
Cadets advance through phases that build on leadership skills each year:
- 4/C (First-Year): Focus on learning core values, responsibility, and active followership.
- 3/C (Second-Year): Strengthen peer leadership and teamwork skills.
- 2/C (Junior): Take on designated leadership roles, manage teams, and make decisions.
- 1/C (Senior): Manage Corps operations, mentor peers, and prepare for post-graduation success with a focus on self-leadership.
