Online Payments Pay Student Fees

Cal Maritime has been a cashless campus since 2019. All payments must be made online through the approved methods below.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Payments are processed via Transact, a third-party vendor.

  • A 2.65% service fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.

Electronic Check (E-Check)

E-Check allows you to pay directly from your checking account.

  • No service fee is charged when using E-Check.

FERPA – Student Privacy

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 governs the privacy of student educational records and limits disclosure to others without student consent.

If you wish to authorize Cal Maritime to release your information to a parent, guardian, or other third party:

Complete the Authorization to Release Information online click here.  You will be routed to the Student Center page in PeopleSoft where you will select the Authorize to Release hyperlink under Personal Information.
